I agree. There is also disparity between LISTSERV and LISTEARN.
I can do a GET IBM-MAIN (NOLOCK (a local request) to all my US peers.
However, when I send it to a LISTEARN, it forwards the request back to my
US peers.  Is there documentation available on LISTEARN for list owners?
