The 1789-L list will be dismanteled shortly after the Oct. 1 BITNET
charter vote.  I therefore request that no one create any PEER links to
it.  If for some reason there appears to be a continued need for the
list after Oct. 1, I will be happy to assist in building the PEER list
structure necessary.
