If you do, I recommend adding the following list keyword:
 
* Confirm-Delay= 71 h
 
This might avoid useless time-outs when the user sends the SUB
on a Friday afternoon, and doesn't see the response until Monday a.m.
or his/her host site was "down."
 
It's also one hr less than a typical 3-day SMTP timeout (but does
THAT really matter? <rhetorically asked>).
