I certainly hope so.  Over the years I have sent more than one homily to
my lists about the difference between the list and the software which
administers it and that using the wrong term leads to confusion on the
part of the subscriber.  All such have been studiously ignored until now
(they are up in arms that Eric has registered as a trademark the term
which, far as I know, he coined back in the '80's).

At least this time they are paying a bit of attention.
