What happens to subscribers who had selected the INDEX mail option in a VM
based listserv when the list is ported to UNIX?
 
Since the UNIX version does not support INDEX do they get no mail, mail,
or digests?
 
Any idea if INDEX will be supported in future UNIX versions?
