RSS feeds for web-enabled archives is currently being trialled in LISTSERV
14.3.  A post was made on the companion list, LSTSRV-L, about it back in
January

LSTSRV-L is currently set up for an RSS feed at this URL
<http://peach.ease.lsoft.com/scripts/wa.exe?RSS&L=LSTSRV-L>.  It only
shows the Subject and a URL to the post but I imagine the templates used
to generate the XML could be tweaked to include whatever information you
like.
