Have you contacted the postmaster or list maintainer at the host
site?  What's the topic of the list?  With the header you sent it
looks like it might be possible to get rid of the problem subs.
even without the listowner.
 
You might be able to find a willing, experienced listowner to help
out, but you'll need the help of the host's postmaster or maintainer
to add the idiot, oops, volunteer to the header as owner.
