We restarted IIS and now Listserv (version 1.8d) is no longer able to send
messages.  When we try we get this error:

Error transferring to LISTPROC.MBSBOOKS.COM; SMTP Protocol Returned a
Permanent Error 550 5.7.1 Unable to relay for
[log in to unmask]



Any ideas what we need to do to resolve this?
