Yes, but there are a couple of things you need to consider.
 
Does the list have a corresponding filelist?  If not, your LISTSERV
maintainer will have to create one for you.  Then you will have to
GET the filelist with the (CTL option and add the entries for the
files you want to post.  Then you PUT the filelist back to LISTSERV
and send the files there after you get an acknowledgement that all is
well.

Lisa Covi's LISTSERV TIPS (also available from UBVM and other places)
is helpful, and Ben Chi's FSV GUIDE (available from SEARN.SUNET.SE)
is one of the best works on the subject.
