Any list of SERVER sites and their restrictions will have its pro's and
con's e.g., let's say that YAHOO.COM is setup to allow 20 or fewer BCC:s
and it is so documented in this yet-to-be-announced db.  OK, *I* as
spamer-extraordinaire will now send only 20 or fewer BCC:s, but now
multiple times.
