I am using outlook express which need a account and password to access or
send e-mails using POP & SMTP server. Hence cannot receive or send e-mails.
Any alternative ???

Not true.  Otherwise nobody would ever be able to send anything to LISTSERV.

Yes, this is part of the security procedure, but they do not need a password
to
reply to this email, they only need to Reply and write OK.
