Internet domains are generally shown as TWO-letter country codes, not
THREE-letter.  Thus. *.net does not represent Netherlands but rather
"network" generally, and since *.net can be based in any country,
therefore Listserv classifies it as being unknown with respect to country.
(The two-letter country code for the Netherlands is *.nl.)
