If you notebook archives (or maintain list statistics) there might be
a clue there. Here's a job to search lstown-l for all PSU subscriber
submissions for 1994:

If you find some article that look promising, replace the "index"
command with:
PRINT #,#,...,#
where # is the reference number produced by the previous INDEX.
