Not many of you use your list's filelist (catalog) these days, 'cept for
maybe your list's "Welcome," but I do. I've put many files in lists'
filelists, but have never tried to put an item with attachments before.
Is it possible to put a file with attachments in the filelist so that
when someone GETs the file the attachments work (don't want to see a
string of gibberish)? If so, how? None of my attempts have worked.

The list has Attachments= No but that doesn't apply to the filelist,
which is totally separate from postings and the archives thereof, does it?
