However in LISTSERV 1.8e a change was made so that Message Approval
confirmation requests are sent with non-blank MAIL FROM:<address> to overcome
the problem with non-receipt of mails with MAIL FROM:<>. Perhaps the next
version of LISTSERV will make this happen for Subscribe and other confirmation
requests as well.
