This problem is rare these days, but it DOES happen.  There are
still mailers out there that send bounces to the FROM: address.
This is bad, bad, bad (sound of wrist being slapped gently), but it
still happens.  Since the bounce is now going directly from the
broken mailer to the From: address, LISTSERV (and even the LISTSERV
host L-Mail if present) cannot possibly expect to see it--let alone
redirect it.
