I don't believe that one can add any headers to LISTSERV-generated
distributions.
 
Thus, the way *I* deal with it depends upon frequency of distribution
AND return of bogus mail (which is usually intercepted).  Often,
I either set the userid to NOMAIL, DIGEST, or possibly simply
DELETE the userid.
