check into http://www.netspace.org/ they are a not for
profit that does list hosting. we moved our list there
a couple of years ago for many of the same reasons you
are considering moving yours.

it is a lsoft site, and supports the web interface.

we pay around 200 a year, and our list is about twice
the size of yours.

we are VERY happy there.
