I’m confused by your post. Neither of us said anything about “RECEIVING”. There’s no problem with Yahoo email addresses receiving list mail from non-Yahoo/non-AOL list members, and neither of us said we prevent people from receiving.

And I said that we do exactly what you suggested (perhaps you don’t realize that in listserv REVIEW is the formal term for “moderate”):
