The filters have been improved in 1.8b. If you want I can send you the
beta.

One problem is that some people are not able to define a subject at all,
either because they use a mail system (usually gatewayed) that doesn't
have the concept or because the "Subject:" keyword is in the national
language and the gateway doesn't translate it (most PC mail systems have
everything in the national language, because it hasn't occurred to the
translators that they should translate this only in the GUI and not in
the stuff sent over the network). Anyway there is currently no way to
reject messages without a subject.
