The top-ten list was suspended because of concerns that it might
violate copyright laws.  In the meantime, someone else has agreed
to take over the list and has received permission from CBS to
do so, but can't find anyone willing to house a list with 30,000+
subscribers.  It appears that the list will probably fade away
and the top-ten posting will go to alt.fan.dave-letterman on
usenet.
