In LISTSERV ver 1.8d, this setting will strip the HTML part from a
multipart/alternative message, leaving the plain text part.  If the message
has no plain text part (is HTML only) it will go to the list as HTML.

In LISTSERV ver 1.8e, it is the same as above for multipart messages, but
messages which are HTML only (no plain text part) are rejected.
