Help! I've been asked to set up some lists in this way:

LIST_B is to be a subscriber of LIST_A, so that when a message is posted to
LIST_A, it's also sent to the subscribers of LIST_B. Both list are "announce
only", with send= Editor,Confirm. Is there a sensible way to do this? Or
would I be better off making a super-list (A) and having B as a sub-list of
it?
