LISTSERV doesn't send, submittors send; LISTSERV
distributes.  Subscribers receive and process, hopefully with a compliant
mail client and server.

I don't think there is any "trick" for LISTSERV to learn.

Having said that, we have a situation that was first brought to our
attention due a distribution of an email through a list that was supposed
to have clickable URLs.  They did not launch the browser.  Though this is
unresolved, it had nothing to do with LISTSERV -- the same problem
occurred between sender and a particular receiver w/o going through a list.
