I want to add the per-user daily threshold to my list, yet maintain the
self-moderation.  With EDITOR= (LISTNAME)  this doesn't work, since editors
aren't limited by the posting limit.

I was wondering, though, if someone whose subscription is SET to EDITOR
would be limited by the threshold?

Could I remove the EDITOR= (LISTNAME) in the header and add the line
DEFAULT-OPTIONS= EDITOR?
