Unless your version of LISTSERV operates differently than
ours, then I think that you have misinterpretted the
DIGEST feature requirement for NOTEBOOKs.
If you have NOTEBOOKs, you need do nothing "special" to
also have a default weekly digest.
If you do NOT have NOTEBOOKs, then you can configure a
DIGEST feature, but that is NOT the default like it is
above.
* Notebook= No
* Digest= Yes,x1/300,daily,size(1000),23:00
