Examine the subscriber(s) through the web interface.

  Under Miscellaneous, check:
	
	User is exempt from renewal/probing	[NORENEW]

Or, via email command sent to the Listserv address:

Set HORIZON NORENEW for *@AIRSERVICESAUSTRALIA.COM

As an aside, would the LSTOWN listowner consider implementing the
wonderful new feature of Misc-Options= NEW_MESSAGE_ID ?
