Do you need the addresses or do you just need to mail to them?

If you just need to mail to them, create a 'Super-List' that includes all
regular lists on your server as members:

Sub-Lists= list1, list2, list3, etc.
Sub-lists= list8, list9, list10, etc.
etc.

Then send a message to that superlist.  LISTSERV will merge all the
sublists and remove the duplicate addresses and send the mail (and then
throw away the list).
