I have no idea if it is the same problem, but sometimes I have digest
subscribers who want to use the MIME (maybe MIME & HTML) option, but it
doesn't work quite right for them with the usual header (don't recall what
email systems they may be using).  In a number of instances setting them
to IETF has fixed the problem.
