Moshe:
Why not have the DUMMY list have SUBSCRIBERS who are the owners
of the primary list? e.g.,
Primary list defn:
OWNER= QUIET:,(dummy)
That gives you a little more flexibility in updating DUMMY with
new owners w/o updating its headers.
The only question I have is can the owners of DUMMY be self-defined
by the SUBSCRIBERS of dummy?
