This happened to my lists too.
LSoft suggested that when I stored the list headers back on the server
the * was not included in the * Confidential= Yes line and therefore
listserv did not pick up on this parameter.
Have a look at your list headers to check that the asterisk is at the
beginning of the line for this parameter. However, when this happened
to my lists I had a look at mine the asterisk WAS in fact there and this
issue still remains a mistery!!! over to Lsoft!!
