My solution to this problem is to send my co-owner a CC of the command I
send to LISTSERV. If necessary, I also add a line explaining why I took
the action. I use a line that says

    // eoj

to keep LISTSERV from treating my explanation as a command.

Sometimes my commands don't work. In these cases, I forward the response
from LISTSERV to the other owner if I think they need to know that it did
not work.
