Understood.  But... all of the below would usually be links in a known
chain of command.  We have a server with 650+ lists, the vast majority of
which have no affiliation with SJU at all.  There are no records of who
they were founded by and whether or not the founder was acting on behalf
of someone/thing else and what got re-delegated over time.  This one is
a dictatorship run by a meglomaniac, that one is a democracy owned by the
subscribers, over here's some kind of therapy group that answers to some
organization, and here's a load of orphan lists "Owned" by volunteers
because _none_ of the subscribers wanted to be owners after the founder
vanished.  Even the lists themselves... these changed their missions but
didn't change their names, those did the opposite....
