Hi.

Having recently created a new list: 'chitchat', I have found that even
though I've used new-list to publicise the list, I've not had a wonderful
response of new users.. :-(

I know the subject very much dictates possible subscription numbers, but I
can't believe there is only 20-odd subscribers interested out there. :-)

Has anyone got any good techniques/ideas?
