Having never had any response from [log in to unmask] to messages sent regarding public behavior and harassment by AOL subscribers, I am hoping that you could publically state for the benefit of all the list owners exactly what AOL's policies are regarding disciplining of AOL subscribers.

Does it take a court order?  Actual physical harm?  What about unsolicited foul, X-rated language?  What about maliciously spreading personal information, including contact information, about a non_AOL member on AOL forums and sites?
