  My off-hand guess would be that they set up a "mirror" (redistribution)
for your list.  And, if review of your list is open, they could easily
get the addresses of all your subscribers not set to conceal and add that
to their mailing list.  Your list sends the posting, they get it and
resend it, probably automated.
