There is, I think in the 1.8d manual

If not using 1.8d then del and add is all you can do, but If using 1.8d then send the
following command:

CHANGE [log in to unmask]  [log in to unmask]

the subscriber can do it her/himself by sending the following from the *0ld* address:

CHANGE LISTNAME [log in to unmask]
