Nine people out of ten will not remember that the new list B is at the
same host as the old list A , subscribed to for years, so the name field
is on file and does not have to be repeated.  And, then, people like
to put in different names on different lists, and the address may have
changed, and.........
 
I suggest you continue to tell your people
 
sub listname firstname lastname
 
Those who really know what they're doing will know when they can skip
the name field, but for everyone else give the instructions as usual.
