I have a large closed announcement list which, up until now, had mail being sent to it from only one address. The setting is "Send=Editor,Hold,Confirm" and although the list had several editors defined, the first editor, [log in to unmask], just so happened to be the only address that was always sending mail. An "OK" mail with a confirmation link would be sent to the first editor ([log in to unmask]<mailto:[log in to unmask]>), which is our preferred method of having one last approval step for the mailing.

However, now we require that two or three other addresses be able to send mail to the list in the same manner (receiving an "OK" link to click on). These addresses should have the exact same status and permissions as [log in to unmask]<mailto:[log in to unmask]>. I can't figure out how to ensure that these other addresses can submit their own mailings and then receive the "OK" mail to their own mailboxes. Everything seems to be getting stuck in moderation, or just not getting sent. How should these 2nd and 3rd addresses be defined in the header? Should they be owners? Or just editors? Should they be moderators?

Thanks for any advice,

Ellen Edgerton
