We have a listowner who has a list that (beyond his control) needs to
have an alias name for the list.  They would like to be able to access
the list using either of the two names.  Can Listserv translate the
old name to the new list name?  Forwarding mail from one to the other
won't do because of commands like "SET listname" that require the
list name in the command.
