So Melvin, are you saying that the stuff posted on the US Copyright
Office's web site ( http://lcweb.loc.gov/copyright/ ) is a hoax?
It looks pretty real to me. I don't know how much or how little it
applies to listowners and host sites, but I'll be checking into it.
