"FTP" does not  necessarily mean the same thing in  the UK. Specifically,
whenever you  see the word 'NIFTP'  you can be  sure that it is  the Blue
Book (or was  that Yellow Book?) protocol and not  the Internet one. This
is more or less equivalent to a serious RSCS error in our world.
