So, why would a site change the real owner to quiet and leave the
site manager as the active owner, although in effect since the list
was inherited from earlier work by the real owner, the second owner
has only a marginal interest in it. In one case, this shift
coincided with a lot of complications on the list. The real owner
still adds & deletes etc. What does this do to the postings on the
