Is that like not being 100% pregnant?  Here's a date field from a
message from a user I had to NOPOST:
 
>Date: Sat, 14 Dec 1996 07:33:09 -48000
 
This is UTC minus 20 days !!  8-)
 
LISTSERV accepted it just fine and SunOS inews rejected it.
