little outdated and some is more oriented to academic uses of

Today's _Academe Today_ notes a website maintained by Berge Collins
Associates, "The Moderators Home Page: Resources for Moderators and
Facilitators of Online Discussion." Has lots of articles on listserv and
other aspects of our work, both technical and procedural matters including
"moderation/facilitation," "sample editorial policies," and online
teaching. Bibliographies, too. Compiler Mauri Collins writes: "As this is
part of my dissertation research, I would very much appreciate your
suggestions for additions to these listings." Looks interesting.
