That line takes care of the list.  But making this work also requires that
any/all subscribers who want to see this must change their Subscriber Options
with the SET command:

 SET listname SUBJ         (<- minimum abbreviation)
or
 SET listname SUBJecthdr   (<- full command)

As List owner, you can do this for all subscribers with the command

 [QUIET] SET listname SUBJ FOR *@*

In that case, you might also want to force all new subscribers to this mode
automatically by adding the line

 Default-Options= SUBJ

to your List Header.

Note that the Subject-Tag only appears on individual list messages.  It does
not apply to Digest or Index subscribers.  (nor, of course, to those set to
NOMAIL).
