Though I'm not 100% sure, the difference between OWNER and OWNERS as an
operand is significant only with the list definition kwds=

ERRORS=
NOTIFY=

where the singular form means first/only non-quiet owner and the plural
means all non-quiet owners.

Anyone know other kwds affected by the singular form of "role" accounts?
