A non-scientific, question to list owners subscribed to LSTOWN-L:

Have you ever wished your list could automatically reject posts with more
than a certain ratio of old, quoted material (as determined by lines that
started with either > or | characters) to new, original material?

In other words, do you wish you could stop people from posting messages
that consist completely of the text of a previously posted message, plus a
very few original lines, sometimes consisting of something like "Me too"?
