In many ways, this is NOT a LISTSERV(R) problem (though
mal-list-definitions could affect it).  Principally, this is a poster and
subscriber problem.  Sometimes URLs are not clickable i.e., won't launch
a browser, or the styled text becomes plain.  There are many variables
and what works for one sender/receiver pair, might not work for another.
