Thanks to all who responded to earlier questions.

1. Is there a way to allow the listowner (or designee) to bypass the
sizelim limitation?
2. Where can I change the default message sent to someone who exceeds
sizelim? I want to add a statement that the limitation is in effect to
prevent virus attachments, but couldn't find it in default.mailtpl.
